We are currently back ordered and out of stock in all of our U.S. warehouses, please note that this may cause longer delivery times than normal (7-12 days). If you need to change your order, please inform us in advance before your order is shipped, we are unable to make any changes after fulfillment.
Shopping for Christmas? Orders Placed After 12/5 will not guarantee delivery by Christmas.
U.S. orders are delivered using UPS, DHL, Fed Ex, or USPS, with an expected delivery time of 2 - 5 business days. Free Shipping On All Orders $50+.
Orders shipping to the UK are delivered using Royal Mail or Hermes, with an expected delivery time between 3-5 business days.
International orders (non-U.K.) are shipped via Passport with an expected delivery time frame between 8-15 business days.
All Dermavel orders are fully trackable with tracking and shipment information provided via email.

In order to best serve our customers around the globe, we provide multiple shipping options. Depending on where you live, once the unit has been dispatched from the warehouse, please allow between 2 to 5 business days for your order to arrive.
During peak periods (Halloween, Thanksgiving, Cyber Monday/Black Friday, Christmas, and New Years') please allow up to 6-12 business days for dispatch as we are extremely busy during those times.
Shipping to a different address
When you enter your billing address details during the checkout process, you will be given the option to enter a different delivery address in the same country.
Please note that we reserve the right to contact you for further information if you give a different delivery address to the billing address.
If the unit is out of stock we may ship the units directly from our warehouse overseas. If any questions or more than 28 days have passed, please email us at support@dermavel.com to review the status of your order.
Order Processing Time
Most orders begin processing as soon as your online purchase is completed. Your order will be shipped once the items are located in stock, your payment is approved, and the receiving address is verified. As soon as your order is dispatched, you will be notified by email. Please note that business days are Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays.
After your order leaves our warehouse, delivery times may vary according to the location of your shipping address.
Delivery Problems
If you are not available to receive your delivery, the carrier may (depending on the type of delivery service and carrier):
- leave/deliver the order/product at your Front Door/Porch/Mailbox.
- leave a contact card at your address indicating when they will attempt to re-deliver the package.
If you are not able to receive the parcel on the last attempt the carrier is willing to make, it will be returned to the carrier depot.
You will then have to contact the carrier to make arrangements for the collection, otherwise, the order will be returned to our warehouse and you will be refunded through your original payment method.
Shipping Insurance
1-Click Protect Shipping Insurance is offered as an additional item at the checkout for a determined price based on that item's weight and dimension that protects your order against the following issues:
- Damaged in transit
- Lost in transit
- Stolen
- Delivered not received
- Wrong item
If one of these issues has occurred please submit a claim to info@dermavel.com, with the subject "Claim + Order Number"
We highly recommend that you purchase the 1-Click Protect shipping protection. If your order is lost, stolen, damaged in transit, or the wrong item has been sent and you did not purchase the protection you will be refunded in the form of store credit minus the shipping cost or we can send a replacement, an additional shipping charge may apply.
First In Line (if applicable)
With First In Line, we will move your order to the top of the list for processing. At checkout, you may opt in to have your order skip the waiting line and get processed more quickly. This service is non-refundable since it's paid to logistic teams.
